Making strategy work on a phone

Making strategy work on a phone

Strategy games and small screens are a tricky match. Cram too much on a map and you spend half the time pinching and zooming instead of thinking.

Iron Tide Command handles this by keeping maps small and readable. You never lose track of your units, and every tile counts. That restraint is a feature, not a limitation.

The games that fail usually port a desktop interface straight over. Tiny buttons, dense menus, text you can barely read. Good mobile strategy is designed for the thumb from the start.

When you shop for one, watch the screenshots for clutter. If a single battle screen already looks overwhelming, it won't get better in your hand.
